Attributable road traffic injury mortality: differences in statistical systems in Ecuador

This paper aims to estimate the differences in mortality from road traffic injuries according records present information sources Republic of Ecuador, 2017 - 2019. Methodologically, cases deaths and rates are compared between police death certificates by age group sex. During study period, 7291 fatalities were recorded records, 9509 medical certificates.
